Joshua Mosley
Joshua Mosley is an award winning composer & producer, for film, television, video games and recording artist . His music has been heard on television, in some of America's best selling video games, on popular radio stations, national commercials, at special events, on the web, and soon in theaters. Joshua has collaborated with such names as two-time Emmy winner Hummie Mann (Year of the Comet, Robin Hood Men in Tights), and composer/producer Joel Beckerman (The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, Hardball) and has worked on projects for companies such as Sony, UPN network, Dream Catcher Games, PBS, and National Geographic.
Mosley began to compose songs at the age of 18. His ambition and talent caught the eye of a talent manager in 1999. This provided and opportunity to write a demo song for Jessica Sands (Daughter of Tommy Sands); who is now signed to RCA. In October 2000 Joshua started his professional career with Soundrama. During his time there he made many contributions in the industry and built a solid reputation for himself. There, Mosley got his first gig with Sound Transit; the leading transportation organization for the Seattle area. He went on to write for three national games; one of which is the official game of the US Navy, arrange for TV shows, and produce and release the successful R&B album, "Trademark", from artist Taylor Mosley.
In December 2004 Joshua ventured out from Soundrama and founded Selah Productions LLC. Joshua has gone on to score eight game titles to date. One of which is the critically acclaimed score to "Agatha Christie's: Murder on the Orient Express". "The score is majestic...", says Game Vortex, a leading game website. He has continued to work on many more film, TV projects, and produced for a-list recording artist. Mosley has recently finished work on music behind Sony's new home entertainment website and the video game "Agatha Christie's; Evil under the sun" for Dreamcatcher Games (www.dreamcatchergames.com). Joshua's newest project is scoring the PBS special on the Washington State arts commission. He has been a featured guest on a television show, and he has been honored with an Aurora Award, Apex Award and six Telly Awards. Joshua Mosley is a person who prides himself in integrity in all areas of his life. He is a talented, multi-faceted composer who is capable of writing any genre of music. From orchestral to hip-hop he achieves satisfaction with all of his clientele. He resides in Bonney Lake, Washington and is married to Reanne Mosley and has a daughter named Madison Rose.
