Annual Summer Schmooze with the SCA

We held our annual celebration of summer in the Pacific Northwest with barbecue and baseball. The weather was picnic-perfect with a warm sun and a cool breeze. The Lake sparkled and even Mt. Baker put in an appearance.

Comments Events Chair and Picnic-Planner Extraordinaire Francyl Garwin: "The weather was fine, the hot dogs were running and the bases were loaded(!) We had a fine afternoon together, and as far as I was able to tell, comported ourselves with style and panache - or was it spinach? - anyway, it was a great picnic."

Special thanks to members who brought their children to fill out the ball teams. The score? Let's just just say it was a resounding victory for the SCA!
